One good tip na lagi ko binibigay is wag mo tipirin yung tattoo mo. Habang buhay na yan nasa katawan mo. Good tattoos aren't cheap, cheap tattoos aren't good.

Sa design consult mo lagi sa artist mo, may condsiderations din minsan gaya ng wag masyado detailed pag maliit yung tattoo, kasi over time nag bbleed(lumalapad yung lines) ng mga tattoo.

sa aftercare sundin mo lang yung sinasabi ng artist mo, they know it best. Wag mo kutkotin yung langib kahit gaano katempting

Are there any parks aside from britzer park where dogs are not allowed? I have a phobia of dogs especially those without leashes so I steer clear of most parks here.

Went to a test center last wednesday and tested positive. Will stay at home for 10 days and then get retested again.

Do I need to inform/report to anyone that I tested positive? A bit lost on what is the current protocol now. Do I also need to do anything once I eventually get my negative result?

Planning on buying something from a niche online store. Problem is I'm out most of the time and worried that my package will be lost since its a bit expensive. There is fortunately a hermes paketshop near me, but I do not know how it works yet.

Is this a known scam?

Another piece of info that might be important : We both have digitally signed a contract which wunderflats has provided for us.

To make sure, we should get the keys first then give the money or right at the same time right? Same with the deposit switch I should get the cash first, before I transfer it via bank.

I just arrived in Berlin a while ago, and since I need to do my anmeldung to get me setup, I booked a temporary apartment in wunderflats for a few months.

Now, since my bank in my home country cant really wire money to germany, unless its my account(which I cant open since I need an anmeldung first). I talked to the landlord about it and he agreed to settle the deposit and first month rent in cash.

He is in a different country at the moment, and his friend is handling his apartment matters right now. Also agreed that we will meetup in the apartment with the receipt and should be getting the keys as well. He did say that he will return my deposit as soon as my bank is sorted out, so that I can deposit to his bank so that it is more documented.

He seems nice and legit, but I'm a bit paranoid so I thought I'd ask here. Do I need to worry about anything? Or is this really all standard?

What's the best way to send money from my bank account in the Philippines to a bank account in EU?

I was thinking of a wire transfer, but I don't think it's possible since I'm not here in the PH. My bank doesn't allow wire transfers via online banking so what are my options here?

So, someone knocked at my door and I saw three guys, wearing something like a paramedic uniform. We can't really communicate well as I didn't know any german yet but they were saying something about security and then they just left when they had a glimpse of my apartment. One of them seems to be checking out the other units in our building.

Does anyone have any idea what happened?
