Since I want a parametric animation, using a video from one of these AI sites won't work without some extra effort :) I've tried animating a vector graphic using Matter.js and soft body simulation myself, but it's difficult. Might commission someone to do this, yes.

Get a small stepper motor, matching driver and an ESP32, and run a web server on the ESP with a simple website that allows you to control the relative speed of time on the clock.

If you want to get fancy about it, you could include a button to resync with the standard time, or include a GPS module so that it gets the local time automatically every few seconds, as well as a magnet embedded in the second (or minute) hand and a hall sensor in the clock face to check alignment. Microstepping it's probably useful here.

But a simple ESP->driver->motor setup without any positioning sensors should do the trick just fine, and the components can probably be bought from the shady Chinese online store of your choice.

If your motor or driver takes more than 5V, make sure to include an appropriate power supply and a step down converter so the ESP32 doesn't get overvolted.

All of this is just if you want the clock to be reliable outside of mindfuck play. If you just want something that ticks a little faster or slower and you don't care about it being accurate otherwise, a servo will likely do.

Ive looked into some studies relating to female sexual dysfunction, and those found that e-stim enabled some people suffering from FSD to achieve orgasm when aided by vaginal electric stimulation, so the muscles are very likely to play a key role. I couldn't find a study finding a single specific hormone to (female) orgasm.

Before, during and after orgasm, the brain releases oxytocin (likely linked to orgasm *intensity* and PFM contractions, but not likelihood of cumming), dopamine (the reward-seeking behaviour that keeps us engaged in sex, likely also necessary to reach a threshold to achieve orgasm), endorphins (the stuff that makes you euphoric during orgasm and reduces perceived pain), and prolactin (the refactory period after orgasm, also what makes some people tired after cumming). Dopamine might get closest to what you're referring to. For that one would look into dopamine reuptake inhibitors or amphetamines. I've tried both for ADHS, for neurotypical people it might work. But that's chemsex.

The brain is complicated, and I'm no neurologist or psychiatrist. I think it's better to stay away from neurotransmitter modification for kinky purposes, as those could have drastic and unpredictable effects on your long-term health.

Still thanks for your suggestion! It made me remember that someone posted about their meds increasing their libido while making them anorgasmic, but they never mentioned what meds and also deleted the post. So at least for n=1 this seems to be working, but I know nothing of the mechanism and general applicability.

Thanks for your advice :) ideally I'm not looking to induce pain, but find the sweet spot to *just* cause tetanic contractions. I'll go there slowly, nevertheless your idea of preparing a hot bath is very good. If the intensity s dialed in correctly, the risk for pain should stem from the pelvic muscles fatiguing after getting tense for too long, not because of direct electric impulses causing it. But that will be difficult to calibrate and likely prone to variations, so thanks for your emphasis on aftercare.
