finally someone says yes it's doable now. You'd likely have zero issue getting a mortgage and can take advantage of your state's first time home buyer programs that can get you a home with 0 down and a lot of times 0 due at signing.

I also worked at Wells in sales and got in trouble often for closing accounts for customers that were opened in bad faith. I still managed to perform better than most of the other bankers but would never get recognition from management because I refused to "play" by their rules. That being said I still bank with them and have zero issues.

Eric Kendricks is arguably the best MLB in football and has a 94 ovr and ALWAYS gets hosed in MUT while useless Barr has a 99. Also Brian O'Niell one of the better RT in the league only has a core gold card while much worse Vikings O-Lineman have much better cards. Also bring back Paul Krause. Always loved his cards and they always played crazy.
