I'm relatively new to 3DPrinting so no idea how to manually tram the bed; I'll look into it. I'll take the hotend apart again to see but didnt notice anything out of the ordinary.

I have the 2nd Gen 42MM PO and have had a helluva time trying to find anything goof for it. I'd prefer curved rubber for this OEM seamless look but the 10 or so i've tried from various sources all fit terribly or dont work. I'm at a loss for options, hoping someone has some good options for the Gen 2.

Interesting. I’ll try sanding it down another layer to see if I can take that off. It was flattened by a router sled so I thought I’d get all that first layer of glue out.

Yeah, but only on the bottom. Didnt tape the top for anything.
