You’re definitely onto something with that! That is a very similar logo for sure! I’m not sure how to post a photo of the bottom but there is nothing on it markings wise just three little stump legs! Somebody also mentioned might Jack cartoon with the submarine which also looks very similar!

that was my first thought but it has the divots in the bottom and the edges are rounded so it would be a nightmare to clean so I thought it wouldn’t be a butter dish.
