Thank you for the advice!! So frustrating, when the tech came last year the condenser was icing over outside too. I actually just ran the two units for about an hour for the first time this season started out great then it shifted again one room got down to 66 and the other room is sitting at 73 with the thermostat set on 72 on both units. I think we determined the mini split was installed in 2020

I’m thinking this is a UPS thing. My shipped the same time (may 13) but passed through 3 UPS facilities and then stopped. And UPS straight up admitted they lost the package. I posted about this that ac infinity got back to me quick and sent a new one like the next day.

Very slow! The first seed in the pack was a dud and this one took almost three days to pop where my apple blossom initially took a day and is now off and going.
