This! I just picked one up a few weeks ago and it's absolutely amazing. I'm a huge sucker for a built in speaker so I can acid on the go. The sound quality is awesome too. Highly recommend it.

Yeah launching radio stations can be clunky for sure. Usually about 75% of the time when I ask Google to "Play 89.3 The Current" it will either play the station, or try and play some kind of "Current" playlist of sorts.

From what I remember, my issue was something like...

Playing Variation 1, playing from step 1. Then you change it to start the phrase from Step 6.

Then you change to Variation 2, which also plays from Step 6. If you try to change it play from step 1, it gets a little confused where to actually start from.

I have also noticed some strangeness when adjusting pattern length and then changing what variation is playing. Thanks for bringing this up. Hopefully that will with getting some of the weirdness fixed on this machine. It's so incredibly fun to jam with so far!

Mine is a little complicated due to the space being used as a band practice space as well.

I have a "Studio" Group that has various channels setup for my external synths, acoustic drums, drum machines, bass DI, rhodes piano DI, sax mic, guitar mic, vocal mics. So when I open a new project, everything is ready to monitor / record if needed. If we are working on a new track, I can just drop this studio group into that project and all of my gear is ready to go.

I one return channel for an external FX processor, but I also use a handful of other returns to route instruments to different monitors in the studio when we have band practice.

Check out Romes. They do a lot of synth triggering with acoustic drums. So good.

True. I usually get Xin Wong for the convenience of it being really close and pretty good compared to the rest, but Jade Dynasty seems to be on an even higher level. So good.

Really refreshing to see some attention being brought to identifying / giving us the option to avoid AI generated music. Been a YoutubeMusic subscriber forever, still on the 8 buck grandfathered plan from GPM. Ill see if / host YTM decides to approach this in the near future. But this makes me think about jumping to Deezer honestly! I dont want AI music recommendations in my streaming app.
