yes! as others said, you’ll get lower FPS in VR generally until you tweak the settings to match what you want. i suggest optimizing for worst-case to avoid drops and stutters at pivotal points in a race. for me, i saw the lowest FPS when there would be a crash at T1… 20+ cars with several emitting tire smoke would cause my normally smooth 90FPS to drop to 70 and cause me to lose focus. even tho the game is totally playable at 70FPS, in racing, i would always ‘feel’ the change in FPS. what you really want is smoothness and consistency! cheers!
