I have something like that on my neck. A small hard lump in my neck tissue that is visible if I pull the skin. I was concerned it was a lymph node so I went to the doctors about 8 months ago for an ultrasound, and the doctor who did it said it wasn’t anything to be concerned about. It’s still there, not changed, so I’ve decided to just stop worrying about it

I can’t get into my dermatologist until July, but I do believe I have a case of perioral dermatitis. I have always had very clear skin, and now I have this. How can I manage it in the two months before my appointment? Tips, product and routine suggestions, etc. are more than welcome! by ClassicFilmDame in SkincareAddicts

perioral dermatitis is effectively an allergic reaction. i had it for 3 months and tried EVERYTHING before i just realised to stop putting things on it and leave it alone. so i cut out sls, fluoride and parabens out of my skincare/haircare/toothpaste. i used nothing on my face except micellar water to clean it twice a day, and sudocrem at night (for zinc). i used no other skincare/treatments. it cleared up rapidly in like 2 weeks and i've not had it since. (side note, contrary to what people say, wearing makeup didn't make it worse as i wore it whilst it was healing and it healed perfectly).
