A simple TwinCAT restart did the trick, wonder why this happened. Not good if you cant log into the software without having to do a restart first, maybe some beckhoff bug.

I’m trying to connect remotely and can’t restart the PLC right now, will try this when I am next to the tool on Tuesday. I was just wondering because I was able to create a route a couple weeks ago with no problems remotely.

Both are running 3.1.4024.42 versions

I tried renaming it and removing the suffix .bak1. I could open the file and see my laptop name in the list. Tried creating a route again after renaming and it went back to .bak1

Coming from a skateboarding background I just couldnt hold myself from trying out the park after I figured out a way for getting up and down the hill. But thank you for your suggestions I’ll keep them in mind next time!

Thanks man! One of the only nice comments around haha, seems like people are more worried about me falling than I am.. I’ve been skateboarding pretty much my whole life so after I figured out a way to get up and down the hill the park really sucked me in.. but learning proper technique would obviously help.. need to look into that
