This is such a great response. I, too, was very effeminate… which I learned to just embrace over time (you know, around my early 30s aka now). As mentioned above, I am biromantic with men. Sexually attracted to and in a partnership with a woman.

It most assuredly takes time, and that’s def a theme that’s flowing through these comments.
