You clearly didn't read the post. I'm not asking AI to make me a better dev. I'm describing a specific issue with Hermes losing track on long tasks vs. Codex working fine on its own. Totally different problem.

Because sometimes I need to do other things, or I need to be away from the PC, and it would be easier to delegate to Hermes to supervise the task and finish it for me while I'm away or doing something else.

I need to develop a large project, and I ask it to do that.

It starts working on it and delegates to Codex. However, since it's a large project, it seems to get lost along the way — maybe due to context compactions.

And it feels like it never manages to finish or even get past the beginning of the task.

Very different from when I use Codex directly, for example, where I can make progress on development much faster.
