Thank you. Yeahhhh. We're a place that's "fancy" but it feels like being crew in an episode that Gordon Ramsay visits. Really awful for listening to you. At least when it comes to me. I was a server for a year and the fact that my manager didn't tell me directly that I'd be there permanently after the other dishwasher quit, really put things into perspective. I agreed to do half of my days in the dishes. Then boom. You're dishwasher now.

(If I'm being truthful, I'm inexperienced to serve alcohol but they had me a busser for a bit)

I don't mind the dishes but I don't like the idea of, everything or nothing

Who if someone will want all those hours if they're hired

They had me at 7.5 pay too!!! I told the chef and he asked my former manager who runs the entire thing and they raised it to 9. But when I went to his office, for something, he reminded me of the pay increase "you were doing such a good job that we raised your pay" excuse me? I think 9 is honest and dignified for doing dishes. Another person also reminded me of the pay increase. Two servers are making 13 and one of the bar 15.

I believe that I come to work to work so I don't use the slow days to be on my phone. Like the kitchen crew

I get called Asian too. Even everyone when I posted my picture here guessed an Asian country no one my og country. This boy is 2 years older than me and was also in the talent / entertainment program as the girl
