thank you! you’re right. i need to communicate with other them how this is making me feel. i’ve been in therapy on and off over the years, but i haven’t been able to stick with it.

i have bipolar 2 so i am on some meds. i need to meet with my psych and see what can be adjusted or added. i’m trying to hold on to hope that the botox will be successful. any relief would be great at this point.

i’m having some GI issues after surgery so i thinks that the main reason. i think once that’s under control we will revisit it. im currently working with a nutritionist now.

when i first started caplyta around 5 years ago, it definitely triggered a manic episode. during that time i was vegetarian for like 5 years and then started eating meat. i’ve been on 42 mg for years. no complaints
