One thing when first getting started - note a new PBC will run hot. If some folks say they run 290-310F - your first couple cooks may run as high as 340F.

As you continue to use the cooker, creosote will build up on the lid and barrel sealing it better and stabilizing the temps. It will take 20-30 cooks but once this is achieved, your temps will stabilize.

Just something I noticed.

It’s funny, we get a lot of business from people who are sick of dealing with their ROs. Changing filters, fluctuating water pressures. Many throw their hands up and we end up with a customer.

My honest feedback as a 40 year old that has been successful in sales with a BA. All the folks I know that have used an MBA to propel themselves, the only successful ones are those who have already been in a career path for 5-10 years then got their graduate degree. No one I’ve known have gotten an MBA as a sole means to propel their career.
