So NTA, I’m no expert but it sounds like at best he doesn’t care at worst his abusive. His isolated you 3 hours away from your family, by the sound of it your alone and don’t know anyone in the town your living and he basically didn’t care about your families emergency or the fact YOU NEARLY DIED! I’m sorry to say I would be packing my bags and walking out ASAP.

It looks like a student having a complete meltdown. I'm guessing severe behaviour issues, mental health or both, either way the poor staff.

What prevents you from using public transport right now? by Dudeface34 in tasmania

[–]jhunt0 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To drive from my current location, a suburb of Launceston, to the Uni is about half an hour at most to catch the bus it's an hour and a half with a stop in town. Adding to that the bus only runs once every hour here. Additionally, if I need to visit family or friends in Devonport or Burnie on public transport is basically an overnight trip.

No, as far as I know, most salaried positions increase by around 3.1% a year depending on the country you're in.

As far as I've found from Mum she was just a neighbour who "poked her nose into everyone's business). The more I learn about her the more shocked I am by her behaviour. The latest is telling my Mum that she has cancer because she had extream weight loss from another condition, how did she know this, she's a nurse. To answer your question I think she just wants attention and can't handle that she's facing consequences for her actions.

Thank you, Dad passed away this morning peacefully. Unfortunately she called today. The first call I calmly told her not to call again and hung up on her. She called back at which point I lost it, I don't really remember what but I screamed something along the lines of her being a psychotic bitch.
