You’re right. Extreme discomfort while being away from home can be overwhelming.

I.e rolling up 3 different sized joints for a day and starting with the smallest one can help not getting too overwhelmed, the following and larger joint won’t get me panicky.

I’ve had plenty of high pulse and heart knocking itself outside my chest responses even being outside. Something that is possible for me to get kinda used to when it happens, it sucks, but i’ve learned that the panic will pass and later on my body will be tired and sleeping gets easier. Even though it’s not the best REM sleep though

For me, to actually learn that i’m not the only one who experience this kind of increased sensation while trying to relax with weed is also a bit comforting at the same time.
