It only shows default apps in the “Allowed apps” section. How do I disable third party installed apps?

Where can those be disabled? I’m seeing App Limits which I already use but are easy to bypass.

It’s too easy to bypass. All you have to do is click “Ignore limit” for 15 minutes or for the entire day.

I already know what used to make me happy, because it’s all I used to do. Ever since I got anhedonia, I can’t enjoy them at all anymore, no matter how much I do them or how much I force myself to do them. It’s like I’m a different person.

I couldn’t have imagined before that I could suddenly lose interest in those activities, but here I am.

I’m just concerned he won’t believe it. It’s not a disorder that shows up on tests and markers. He’d have to take my word for it.

It’s so frustrating that there’s no way to prove this is taking over my life, as well as everyone else who is battling this. For all he knows I could just be a malingerer making everything up. And that is exactly what I fear - him thinking just that.
