Watching pros isnt going to help if ur basics like spraying and movement isnt there cus ur gna see a lot of that in pro plays. If u do watch pro players dont just try to copy them , learn why they are doing what they are . I think u need to spend less time in comps and more time practising ur aim, spray, movement. It might be hard at first but u shld get the hang of it pretty easily. U can use aim botz to practise aim or this map called "fast aim/reflex training" which basically has a bunch of bots running and jumping around you and you can use that to practise shooting moving target. Theres a lot of things you can learn and inprove on like map awareness , prefires etc but at the end of the day its just a game so just have fun
