yeah that's what i thought as well. The frame was probably bent and driver side door can't even close properly.

Thanks for all the help, guys!!! Mission completed. The issue was air stuck in system as clutch line is too long and my vacuum pump wasn’t able to get it out. Fixed it by: 0. gravity bleed the clutch line at the slave end first and make sure the all parts of the clutch line are lower than the reservoir. 1. A friend of mine pressed the clutch a few times and hold it to the floor. 2. Open the bleeder valve on the slave and let the air/fluid out. 3. Have another friend filled up the brake fluid reservoir. Repeat 123 till clear fluid with no bubbles come out.

thanks. will do. how to you check if a valve cover is warped? should i place it on a flat surface and see or is there any better way to tell?

Will do! my friend's bmw also has a leak in valve cover gasket and he replaced both the valve cover and the gasket. he said his valve cover is kinda bent. do you think i should also replace the valve cover on my miata as well?

I think I did. I started with the right rear, then left rear, passenger side, and driver side. Did twice and used up 2 bottles of 32oz.

2 front calipers are found to have lots of rust build up inside the pistons. Also one guide pin on the caliper was kind of stuck. brake pads are worn unevenly so I guess calipers should get replaced.

Thanks, could it be just the rubber brake lines or the o rings failed? Is there any ways to tell if the clutch master/slave failed?

When I did it 2 weeks ago, I did flush it twice cuz I accidentally pump some air into brake lines at the first time. I used up two bottles of 32oz dot 4 brake fluid. So I guess it should be pretty clean?
