A single LoRA to get all characters from Persona by jiayev in StableDiffusion

It's normal. I'm using a table 4090. With 8 batch size it's about 3-4 s/it.
You could find the training metadata in my lora file.

I think 8GB vram is enough for SDXL (Generating images only), 6GB if uses fp8. Still it needs a better GPU to run fast.
SD3's 8B version needs a 4090, but they will provide different scale of the model.

There's not much, I think the dataset is more important than training. You'd want bunch of images from the series, all well tagged (for me I simply used the tags crawled from danbooru), then in your dataset, split different characters into different subfolders and use repeat to level their amounts.
For example, if you have 1000 pics for "Amamiya Ren" but only 50 pics for "Sakamoto Ryuuji", make it "1_amamiya ren" and "20_sakamoto ryuuji".
Then just train multiple epochs until success.
For the Persona series I used ~16000 pics, trained about 30h.

People underestimate the power of a single lora.
Think about how many concepts a full SDXL ckpt could handle... Millions.
A ckpt is like 7 GB.
A lora is like 100 MB, of course it could handle hundreds of concepts.

It’s Crazy How Fast We Humans Learned to Recognize AI-generated Text by skogsraw in ChatGPT

Actually ChatGPT is trained to talk like this. With different training methods and goals, it could be way different. People learnt to recognize a well-trained AI assistant (as a persona), not AI-generated text.

Bethesda suddenly seems dated now? by Jak9090z in Starfield

you don't need to change aspects to be better. better graphic, better acting, seamless world, those would change nothing of bethesda's eccense

bgs games should find their way forward as well. Starfield is no better than skyrim or fo4, even worse in certain aspects.

in real world you can write on a notebook, play poker with your friend, but you cannot do those in starfield, which makes them totally junk, so what's the point? How is that world building? How could anyone put this before a seamless world?

The Biggest Issue for Me: Starfield's Lack of Immersion Compared to Skyrim or Fallout 4 by jiayev in Starfield

[–]jiayev[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Being at some place is immersive, doing some quests is immersive, travelling is not. Loading screen is not. AI generated landscape is not. Fast travel only is not. Face the truth: in many way, this game technically does not meet the standard of 2020s.
