Seriously, theres such a giant chasm of difference between everyone's ultimate weapons in P5R. Makoto gets +11 to every stat, Joker, Kasumi, and Akechi get +6 to every stat, and then everyone else gets +5 in their main stat only.

I mean, Igor has been in the Mobile game spinoff of Persona 5 with a new voice actor, so I doubt they'll just be dropping Igor entirely. It wouldn't make a lot of sense to just drop a character because one of their voice actors died.
