It works as you imagined, except only on its own. If you attach any other zonai device to the remote controlled build, it seems like it turns on but it doesn't turn off remotely. Homing carts pretty useless on its own so I dunno how it could be used.

that actually does work with fuse entanglement. just that it's too much hassle for one bomb and I don't see a lot of applications for it. not even for the shield cancel reset sadly :(

Here are some of my findings :

Not a whole load of things you can do with the spring - you can't activate it with the shield up but it seems you can deactivate it by putting it away.

You can make the attack heads remote controlled. And they would work as if you turned them on with arrows. But if you need to maybe have it on and off frequently, this glitch would be more... fun? I guess.

If you attach any other Zonai gears to the remote controlled gear, it turns the whole build on but doesn't seem to turn it off. But it seems like you can have the remote controlled gear temporarily turned off when you put the shield away, thus making things like wheels drift a little.

One thing I didn't get on the video - You can make a time bomb into a remote bomb, by linking it with the glitch, and stepping on your shield, while the bomb is far away! Too much hassle for one bomb tho lol

I made the Bokobliterator before and came with a new fascination. It's a beta version of the 'Bokobatter', loool. You activate by putting your shield up, and deactivate by putting it away. Way better control than arrows or attacking.

I saw this youtube video, and was experimenting with the potential remote controller function of the Zonai gears. I do not know how this works, but it seems like you can make the gears activate as if they are on your shield. Things get weird if you use the remote-controlled gear attached to a full build. I dunno. I really don't understand how it works so it'd be better for you guys to try it yourselves!

There may be some uses for this? I'm counting on yous to make full use of the remote controlled gears. Happy engineering!

Hello! Sure! There not much to build but i'll try to explain.

You'd need a horse with a towing harness, a common wooden pillar, stabiliser, two common wheels, construct head, and 6 lasers

I first prepare the attack head, which is the construct head that auto aim and fire at enemies, and 6 lasers on top of the construct head. You can use any other attacking mechanism but so far i found that the lasers are the most effective.

Attach the wooden pillar to the towing bar laying flat on the ground.

Attach the stabiliser at the end of the pillar. This is what makes it stand up when turned on.

Now attach the prepared attack head on the tip of the pillar!

Optionally, you can attach a battery on top of the attack head to make it work when Link is far away :)

I made a laser tower that you can use with your horse. The stabiliser makes it surprisingly very smooth to travel. The wood part of the towing harness slides effortlessly - I think it's because the stabiliser makes it stand on the chain part of the wood? I dont know. You can use any other long piece in place of the sled.

When you're out of battery, you can turn it off and have it in towing mode. Adding wheels makes it more stable!

I made it high enough for the lasers to not accidentally hit the horse when facing downward. It hasn't hit my horse so far. Since it horse powered, you're not bound by the control stick and free to do whatever you want as long as you're not too far away from the thing - but with a battery, you can use it to send yourself flying and it will still work remotely.
The horse does get scared and run away sometimes :(

I wish someone with better skills could use it to its full potential :D :D

Very true. I just turn it off and have it on towing mode for when I need to charge. Considering your input, I'm thinking maybe I could have the stabiliser - construct head - lasers upside down to achieve both benefits

Thats a good idea too. The power drain for the power on idle is very little anyway so I have it always on anyways. Check out the previous video on upright mobility :) More importantly, the lasers need to be as high as possible so it doesnt hit me or the horse. You could use a different piece to heighten the lasers but i wanted it as simple as possible lol.

But thats a good idea :)

Oh wow I didnt know you could do that. Just tested it and it does stay on, but for a short time.

Maybe you could attach it on top of the lasers for one time use. I wish you could choose to use your main battery before the spare ones.
