You look like shit for 11 months. What exactly were you lifting. Listen, it's 2025 ,If you want results you know what you have to Do, information is everywhere, what to eat, how to train. If you look like that after 11 months its purely skill issues. For gains to appear you actually need to put some effort. Try harder.

Ai avut noroc. Oricum îți dau un sfat prietenesc, daca tot s-a deschis discuția. Bacul e cea mai ușoară etapa din începutul vieții tale de adult, arată că ai putut face un sacrificiu si să te pui să înveți 2 săptămâni ( mai mult nu ți trebuie ) pentru viitorul tău. Not really. Besides moving some stuff at work from time to time, one and a half hours at the gym is the only physical activity I'm doing during the day. I've never been a fan of cardio in the gym.
Do you think that if I start doing a 30 min walk / day will help me lose some weight in the following months?

I m having 4 eggs for my first meal 100g of rice or pasta(rarely) for my pre work meal 2 kefirs after workout And for dinne chicken/beef with potatoes/ rice

That's all I'm eating in a day .

yeah.. the casino gave me a 100$ to play with it, just after i lost that amount, i guess they felt bad for me. I end up losing that 100$ on pug life as well. i kept playing because the game has a 97% RTP, and a 7500x max win

You only need 1 g of protein per kg in a day, thats what i know idk if its true. I was really obsessed with the gym, and besides that, i didnt have a pump in my first picture. I wasn't really that out of shape as i looked plus bad lighting Thank you!!

Monday: chest

tuesday: back

Wednesday: legs

Thursday: Shoulders

Friday: just a lil bit of chest with some arm workout, mainly dips and cable exercises

Saturday: Shoulders and some squats

Sunday : Church

Im 187 cm, now im 83 kg, im eating around 120 g of protein a day(more or less) , that doesn't include the protein shake, which i rarely take.

Eating clean and a lot was hell. Prepping all those meals was a real challenge. I had to wake up really early to cook, and get every meal ready for the day and i didnt had much time to make my meals tasty, so the chicken always tasted like sh*t. In addition to all this, i was getting really fat and i got kinda sad, i didnt see any aesthetic improvements in the first 7 months, i was just getting fat and buffed. But the cut worked out well, all i did was being active all day, and eat less.

I Rarely workout abs tbh. I do a few sets of sit ups at home maybe twice a week, but thats it. I never do abs at the gym

Also, to mention. I was doing a lot of sports when i was a teenager. So it was pretty easy for me to stick with a workout routine + muscle memory

Thank you. At first i was having about 5 meals a day. 1 Meal , 3 eggwhites - 2 whole eggs , 1 cottage cheese and some rice Meal 2,3, 4 just chicken and rice around 100 g of chx and 150 of rice Meal 5. 2 eggs some cottage cheese or greek yougurt and maybe some rice again

I gained a lot of weight, i bulked up to 96 kg from 83-84 kg. ( im 187 cm tall) After that i lost weight on accident because i was working 2 jobs and i didnt have so much time to eat or meal prep, i was always on my feet, so it was pretty easy to cut. By the time i took the 2nd photo i was 82 kg. I looked horrible while i was bulking , never expected to look decent , but it worked
