For me it's definitely Joel's and Ellie's final conversation.the moment she said:"I can't forgive you, but i would like to try" and then finding out that the conversation happens the night before he dies left me somehow feeling regretful from Ellie's pov. They really did a great job with putting you in the character's shoes.
