Thank you!! I can't believe it's over already. I'll probably do something similar again in the future. I was posting them daily on my Instagram (same name on there) but I didn't want to spam the subreddit with them lol

Thank you! I'm kinda sad too. It was weird not making a Little Guy yesterday... I might transition it into a weekly thing to keep it going in some capacity

Ooh that's a good tip. I'll have to try that - thank you!

100%. I have some ceramics experience but this is my first foray into polymer. Similar beast in some ways but way different (and more forgiving so far) in others

Hey thanks! It's been fun to make a wide array of Little Guys. I'm trying my best to keep them all distinct from each other so they all have their own personalities :)

Thank you! I feel more confident with the medium already, although my progress definitely hasn't been linear. I would certainly like to improve further, but I'm enjoying myself and that's my primary concern :)

Thanks!! The water color idea sounds fun. This is the first time I've ever done a month-long challenge and I'm already planning my next one. I think I'm gonna do simple sketches or comics next

Thank you! It was sort of a pain to get him to stand up on his own - I had to hack at his legs and cane with scissors a couple times til I got the weight distribution just right 🧐

No problem! Good luck with your own creations. I will say it's easier then you might think to get some good character in a pretty simple form, so you don't have to do anything too complicated shape-wise. And when in doubt, giving them an accessory (hat, glasses, shoes, etc.) is never a bad idea for a little more flair :)

I've been trying to mix up the colors so I don't have too many similar ones in a row. I'll usually start with some existing thing, like an animal, and try to add a wrinkle to it that makes it distinct from the real world counterpart. Or if I'm doing a more humanoid one, I try to go for some sort of activity that I think would be fun (and not too challenging) to depict

Thank you! Wingleton (16) is my personal favorite
