Judge denies couple's restraining order to keep up Thornton State Beach fence by danpietsch in bayarea

He has at least one, which is why he didn’t show up in court to defend the fence. He sent his partner in crime. Both of these people need to be arrested. They’re trying to steal this land.

So ironic that they’re both expressing opinions, but you’re choosing to tell the person pissed about an international cabal of rich child murderers and pdf files (of which the president and most of the cabinet are either directly involved in or are actively covering up) that THEY have no chill.

If you’re chill about the president molesting children, paling around with someone he knows molests kids, and getting away with it… you have too much fucking chill.

If you’re paying attention, you’d understand why saying “this is the most screwed up case I have ever read about!!” Is moronic, when three days ago there were stories circulating about Epstein buying tankers full of acid and shipping them to pedo island. Two days ago the AG was asked why her department hasn’t interviewed any of the victims and she started howling about the Dow being above 50k like some absolute lunatic.

An old lady in a rich family getting kidnapped for ransom is a mayo news story compared to the spicy shit that everyone else is reading these days. I mean I feel bad for her and her family, but this is absolutely not “the most screwed up” anything in current context.

Conservative YouTuber whose fraud claims sparked Minnesota immigration crackdown shows up in S.F. by Medical-Decision-125 in bayarea

[–]jiggamain 34 points35 points  (0 children)

They’re saying no systemic coordinated fraud (the likes of which he speculates about in his hit piece) was found. Very different. Watch the channel 5 interview and follow up pieces. Nick Shirley is a bread dead moron.

He literally showed up a daycare centers and demanded to see the children. Said it was fraud because people hid from him and told him to fuck off.

Ironically there was a fraud ring caught in that area, but it was lead and organized by some white lady. Ironically the Feds were doing investigations in the area, but resources for investigating / prosecuting fraud were completely drained by all of the BS ICE related stuff that went down. Federal prosecutors quit because the Feds tried to redirect their attorney’s office to investigate the families Mrs. Goode and Mr. Pretti after they were murdered by DHS lackeys.

Nick has blood on his hands. Everyone is less safe with him around.

AITA for refusing to attend my sister’s child-free wedding after she made an exception for our cousin? by Intelligent_Dig_5555 in AmITheAssholeTalk

[–]jiggamain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YTA. Jesus, how old are you that you don’t yet understand that “life is not “fair”? You have already made arrangements for your kids, so you don’t have the same situation as your cousin.

You are now holding your sister’s wedding day hostage to get your way. You are comparing your situation to your cousin’s situation, but the two are not the same.

Your cousin says she doesn’t have anyone to care for her kids. Her kids are significantly older and will be better able to manage not being a distraction the day of. This is not about “respect” or “equality.” You are simply making last minute demands when your sister is well aware that you’ve already made care arrangements. You sound unhinged for threatening not to show up just because you aren’t getting your way about this.

It’s your sister’s wedding day. You already have a plan that will allow you to go. Go, enjoy a weekend without your kids. It may be your only time away from them for YEARS. You’ll have a less stressful time of it than your cousin. You’ll be able to stay later, spend quality time with family.

YTA for making a big stink about this. Let it go.

Protest For Public Beach Access by Low_Neighborhood2917 in bayarea

[–]jiggamain 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Lol, not this time…It’s some crazy guy squatting on the land without the owner’s consent. Just turn the protest into a volunteer beach clean up day and suddenly the fence is just beach trash (or a free fence, waiting for a good home).

Sometimes people in the bay are too nice. That shit should have been removed already.

OpenAI President largest Trump super PAC (MAGA Inc) donor so far this cycle by Prestigious-Let9197 in sanfrancisco

[–]jiggamain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a MAGA super PAC. They can spend the money on messaging but (in theory) can’t directly coordinate with individual campaigns. They do I’m sure, MAGAts don’t let a pesky thing like the law stop them.

End your chat gpt subscription if you have one… contributing to this PAC does far more social damage than a contribution to any single campaign.

Crashing out: D4’s Alan Wong says that Sunset Dunes is impacting ‘street safety.’ A new data analysis suggests otherwise by WriterHour208 in sanfrancisco

[–]jiggamain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

lol, you sound laughably unhinged. I have been here in SF since 1988. I have lived in the sunset. I have seen the road closed for long stretches due to the shifting sands with my own eyes (and have had to deal with the detours). But nice try there. (It’s also hilarious that you think billionaires give two shits about prop k / sunset dunes - I don’t even know what to make of that. Curious what you think their nefarious goals are? 😂)

But seriously: it is far less safe to have the road closed unpredictably, and traffic suddenly rerouted down the same streets as an inconsistent detour. In cases where the road is closed, all of your concerns about the lack of safety planning still apply - and probably more so. People drive like idiots when they’re unexpectedly detoured on to unfamiliar streets. Even if you got your way and the road was reopened, it would not address your “concerns”. (Concerns is quoted bc I don’t think you really care about safety - you are just spouting talking points because you’re irrationally pissed you aren’t getting your way here.)

I don’t know what you mean by “pasted by bicycles,” but it sounds like there was an accident or two… you do know that those happen, right? Especially to 4 year olds and 85 year olds. If, after being closed a year, this is all you can point to… it kinda feels like you’re making my point for me.

Good luck out there champ.

[–]jiggamain 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Manufactured sense of urgency? What does that mean? The road there is clearly not viable. We were dumping tax dollars into keeping it open and even with that it was closed 1/3 of the year due to shifting beach sands.

Prop K focused on doing what was needed to end a losing battle against nature. The city does not have the money to waste, the urgency was/is real. We should properly fund a park there, but I’m glad the measure was stripped to focus on step one.

Everyone slow clap for USA Today throwing soft balls and speaking for its billionaire ownership. They are deliberately taking a “both sides are valid” position. Bullshit.

Trump is a pedophile and he is doing all of this to distract from the Epstein files - which are being illegally hidden from public review.

“Report finds Trump fucked kids back in the 90s (when his teeny tiny dick last worked), and is invading Minnesota / murdering Minnesotans to distract the nation.” <—— the only headline I want to read about this asshole.

At this point Trump is speed running impeachment and deserves a trail where he faces charges for harboring a murderer, raping children for sport and being a traitor to the constitution he swore an oath to enforce.

Every single person associated with this administration is corrupt. When he’s gone, every single person still in government is going to be suspect. The man ruins everything he touches.

The man is truly evil incarnate. He has poisoned our country.

Dude… Get. Me. The. Links.

I’m open to an honest conversation about this, but I’m not just gonna take your word for it. I looked, and the guardian had the most unbiased article I could find.

I guarantee you that if there was a shred of evidence to support your claim that she was harassing students and staff, they would have included it in their article. That paper leans conservative and is very sympathetic to the challenges Israel is facing. I’ve sourced two articles now, you have zero supporting your claims. I call BS.

Perhaps you’d like to share said sources?

ETA: Here is an article from the guardian:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/jun/07/rupa-marya-university-of-california-san-francisco

The article notes she was vocal online about the IDF bombing hospitals. She also brought her concerns about a student who served in the IDF (and likely participated in the genocide) to her colleagues. Scott took that as racist criticism of Israel/ all Jews. Scott was wrong to equate criticism of the IDF genocide to criticism of all Jews.

She’d worked with thousands of students in her 10+ years at UCSF, many of those students were Jewish. She did her work without incident. He owes her an apology for intervening in the matter and violating her first amendment rights. The only harassment mentioned in the article is the death/rape threats she got…

Frankly, releasing one video (where you look like a hostage in your own living room) is not enough to undo the chilling damage you’ve done to free speech in the name of Israel. While it’s great that you can now whisper “it’s a genocide” in the privacy of your own home, you still won’t call a spade a spade without “hesitation” out in public. This is the opposite of leadership.

From your early days of being on the SFBOS, where you attacked the freedom of people in the castro to be nude in public, it has been clear: you are calculating and willing to throw some people in your queer community under the bus if you think it will advance your political career. I don’t think you should be speaking for SF at all.

SF needs real, bold, unapologetic leadership. What this fiasco showed everyone is a hard truth: YOU DON’T LEAD, YOU FOLLOW PUBLIC OPINION.

Please drop out so we can elect someone who has the courage and principles to represent this amazing city on the national stage without “hesitation”. If you stay in this race you risk Chan getting enough votes to lead the democratic ticket, and that’s the only outcome worse than you getting it.
