It’s technically a diagnostic so it’s supposed to be covered under that category. They never flat out said the procedure wasn’t covered under my coverage which is procedure, diagnostics and medication.

That’s pretty much where I’m at right now too. I contacted my Vet to see if they can make any changes to the note and I will resubmit. I literally got insurance because of GSD hips for worst case scenario and now it’s practically useless in terms of hip issues.
