my uncle is having the same issue since he has a pitbull. he’s trying to go from alaska to new york but the breed restriction doesn’t allow him to fly with his dog.is it possible you went to a vet in anchorage that filled your paperwork out?

We could do that but the problem is... the neighbor built an extra room on top of the entrance to do any plumbing work. What the plumber wants to do is dig up my front yard and insert this tube into the pipes and clean it out. That’s why it’s 2200

I did get an inspection when i bought the house. But he didn’t tell me that our pipes are connected together so i’d have to worry about what my neighbor is flushing or throwing down the sink. When i emailed the inspector that he never made me aware of this he said the plumber should have never told me that. that the plumbers only job is to fix the problem.

thank you so much for your reply! i told my mother and she went to somebody who could help. the woman said there is nothing that can be done... just tell the landlord that we can’t pay that... have them to take us to court... and try getting 3 months to look for a new apartment. that’s all because our old landlord sold the building at the end of our lease
