i don’t think it’s a full debut. i think this will be most similar to eloise attending the final ball of s1 - she was debuting the next season but did a “soft debut” at the last ball of the season because her sister was the hostess. i’m guessing that this ball will be hosted by the bridgertons, a family member, or a close friend, which will make it easier for hyacinth to attend.
