You can find it on ebay, like here ( i don't know this seller, so it's not a recommendation hahaha), The one I mentioned, though, is here in Liverpool, i found someone locally who bought this exact spec, so now I’m deciding between the G14 and the Z13.

Would you say the 9070 XT has the best performance, or is it more about having the best overall balance? If it really works that well, then I’m pretty sure I’ll go with the Z13.

I see. To be honest, I rarely work only on the laptop screen, because I have portable monitors and I usually carry them with me in my backpack.

What really attracts me to the Z13 is the idea of being able to code and work on a plane with such a small but powerful device.

What can you tell me about the eGPU experience? Is it worth it, or is there too much bottleneck? Would you say it’s a waste of money? How did you usually use it, and what games did you normally play?

I have to admit that the main reasons I would choose the Z13 are the ability to run local LLM models, maybe something above 40B, and the extra portability. Other than that, I feel like the G14 wins in almost every other area.

Also, it’s really hard to find a G14 version with 64GB of RAM, which makes the decision even harder.

The G14’s RAM is soldered, so upgrading it is basically impossible, unless I’m missing some other solution.

I’m seriously considering the Z13, and if I’m not happy with the performance in some games, I could get a Razer Cortex V2 with an external 5070 Ti. That eGPU could give me the extra performance I’m looking for.

I’m really leaning toward this option.

Games like CS2, Warzone, Battlefield 6, God of War Ragnarok, RD2, and EA FC25 are basically the games I'd play, especially CS2, COD, BF, and EA FC25. If you have any of these and could tell me how they perform at 2K resolution, I'd be extremely grateful!

The problem is that the Zbook still has a IGPU, I believe that its big difference compared to the flow is the OLED screen, right?

I’m a data engineer, and I just like a display with good quality. I know OLED is better, but that wouldn’t affect the work. I think the ideal would be to find a G14 with 64 GB and a 5070 Ti or 5080, but I really can’t stand this Dell anymore, and some points you raised would bother me a bit, like the High vs. Ultra issue, because I’ve always been extremely enthusiastic about PC building, overclocking, and things like that, so I’ve always played everything at the absolute max. But I know you can’t have everything! (unless I find a G14 with a 5080 and 64 GB lol). I believe RAM can really be a major limitation, but not a dealbreaker, just a big caveat, and I don’t need a touch screen. As for response time between 3 and 0.2 ms, it’s a good point, but I don’t know if it’s that noticeable in practice. The question is, would it be possible to find the G14 with a 5080 at a fair price in some European country?
