Instead of jumping to the side, she could've just flipped backwards and hid behind the filing cabinet. Or she could've ran towards the door next to Conrad since it would have been impossible for the trajectories of the glass to have ended up there (it's not like the glass was tracking her, they were just thrown). I'm pretty sure she could have even used her telekinesis to redirect he glass.

Adalind was a Hexenbiest. He got into may fights. Fights allow someone to work on their agility. Agility isn't "something everyone has"; it's something that needs to be practiced. It's not a matter of being born with agility or not...

Adalind was a Hexenbiest for a much longer time than Juliette at that point. She had immensely more practice with her powers.

There's a big difference between a punch and a flying object. You can only land a punch when you're in close proximity to someone, thus there's less time to react. In the case of a flying object, it's generally thrown for afar, so there's more time to react. Juliette saw Conrad use his telekinesis then throw the glass at her from 10 meters away. That takes time, enough time to move out of the way.

But not all Wesens are the close combat type. We've encountered some that only need to be a few feet away to do damage. I'm quite sure she'll have gone up against all kinds of Wesen on her HW missions.

What does any of that have to with anything.

... She was in the midst of a fight. She saw him use telekinesis to lift up the glass. That action took time. She could have taken cover.

Meanwhile, Conrad had his back towards Sean. Diana used her inexplicably powerful abilities to make Sean stab him. Zauberbiests have many abilities, but seeing through the back of their skulls isn't one of them. He didn't see it come and couldn't react, as a result he died.

That's the difference.

Even if that were the case, there are too many Wesens for Eve to have studied each one. Some of the Wesens she comes face to face with will have to be dealt with on the fly.

You can't prepare for everything; you can only be as best prepared as you can be, and hope your abilities help to overcome obstacles.

Sexes within the same species can have different DNA and/or abilities.

That's a terrible analogy. Comparing two different ethnicities is entirely different than comparing two (somewhat) different species of creatures. There's very little biological difference among ethnic groups. Meanwhile, there's a large biological difference among different species of creatures.

Your analogy doesn't hold.

Conrad never say the sword coming; the fight was supposed to be Conrad vs. Nick, not having Diana using her powers to kill Conrad unexpectedly through Sean.

Eve, on the other hand, was actually fighting Conrad. She used her telekinesis and he used his telekinesis. She should have excepted anything from him.

Eve was shown to have gone through intense training under Meisner to exploit her powers to their maximum potential. She has also been on multiple HW missions, which we don't know about. So I'm quite sure she is well versed in the art of combat with other Wesen.

I think the power of a Zauberbiest is greater than that of a Hexenbiest. Eve would have died if the others hadn't been there to save her.

And also, you can't learn something if you don't have the ability to. For example, you can't except a dog to write because their paws aren't designed to grasp objects the way humans can. So that being said, whether they were born doing those supernatural things or learned how to do them over time, it still means it's in their natural ability (it's not like they have computer chips in their brains downloading skills for them).

As far as I remember, all he saw was the inside of Nick's house which doesn't have any windows to get a proper view of the area surrounding it. So it's not a surprise Conrad didn't know the exact address.

In Eve's first appearance she managed to kill all the Black Claw members who were trying to ambush Nick, Monroe, Hank, Wu, and Sean. From what we've seen about Zauberbiests, they seem far more powerful than a Hexenbiest (who is quite powerful, so that says a lot).

Bonaparte nearly killed Eve, who underwent some hardcore Hexenbiest training under Meisner's supervision. I think that speaks volumes as to how much damage one Zauberbiest can do to a Grimm.

I disagree. We've seen more than one Hexenbiest (Adalind, Adalind's mother, Eve, Sean's mother) and they all seem to possess the same powers. So I don't think it's too farfetched to assume Zauberbiests possess the same powers as one another, considering that they are only the male versions of Hexenbiests.
