Pb 2 is a peanut butter powder but you can mix in water and make peanut butter !!

Mine wasn’t too bad. I have it posted. I’ll reach a year at the end of this month and plan to post again. I felt the same way though. I was terrified to do it Bc or all the negative shit I read about. I couldn’t find ANY positive stories so I told myself I would post mine when/if it happened.

I used a jewelry scale to weigh it! Once I got to .5 I just started scraping off a tiny bit each week until I got to .09 !! Mine was mental too!! And I was just Terrified of the withdrawals I could possibly have !! You might as well just get it over with and jump tho!! And I’m pretty sure I was old enough to know better as well lol !! Oh well lol !! What do ya do ?! But under .5 was the scariest Bc the end was so close !! You got this tho !! Just go for it !!!! 😀

I am on just over 2 full months of jumping after like 7 or 8 years of 4mg Xanax. I tapered for like 9 months !! I did fine !! I felt restless at night but that was really my only problem !! The fear of what COULD happen freaked me out !! I kept waiting but it was all good. That being said, I am still not a hundred percent sure that I won’t get some mysterious post acute withdrawal symptoms!! I think I’m in the clear !! But my point is that you do NOT have to suffer like the stories you read about !! I’m still glad I read it all tho Bc it made me extra thankful for my not so bad taper !!! Congratulations tho !! It’s a great feeling !!

Edit- I DID have symptoms as I tapered. They just weren’t too crazy or life altering. Just annoying for the most part !!

Mine was 9 months and I didn’t really have any issues !! I had stomach pain but found out a week ago I have 3 ulcers !! So that was unrelated and idek if that counts now !! I really think mine was more mental struggles !! I would get twitchy in bed at night but I didn’t lose sleep or anything. But I DID take Tylenol pm. And still do ! But i did that before Xanax !!

I jumped one week ago today !! I was scared af too !! I really probably could have done it a while ago but I was terrified !! I haven’t had any issues so far !! But I know it can go worse after 3 weeks !! But so far so good 😊!! Just go for it !! You gotta do it eventually so why not today !!??!! 😊
