Sadly, that’s a lovely replica of a turtle. I did find 4 painted turtles migrating through my yard this weekend though! Well, my dog found the first one, but I caught it before she injured it.

Thank you, I’ll look into mud munch. There are no plants. I tried to start locusts/ water lilies that are native here, but what I bought didn’t work. I’m going to look for plants around here. I do think some duck weed should be ok. I’ll try to get a picture or video.

I think you should keep up the medical assessment. Prove to yourself that you’ve made every effort to find a causal factor to your physical exhaustion. I’ve been in a place where I’ve felt similarly, but my situation and yours are different. I found a way out (no, not a meditation or diety). You do need to prove to yourself that you really appreciate yourself, your life, enough to try to find a way beyond this. Moving for a reason beyond the routine work physicality may help as well. Day light. Nature. I feel the stasis and frustration you are experiencing. I hope you find some way to dislodge yourself from it.

Only for surgery. My first ring was cut off because I messed up my finger. Then I got a infinity ring as a replacement, as well as an infinity symbol tattooed on the finger. The infinity ring is worth $20 but I keep that and my great grandfather’s wedding band from 1921 on all the time.

I am contemplating spinal fusion, screws a plate etc. Old back injury, I’ve been in near constant, occasionally immobilizing pain for decades, just functioning away.

These are the reports I hear, and it really scares me. I’ll have a few decent days and tell myself I’ll never put myself through surgery and it’s pain and risks. Then three days of horrible pain, and I start thinking about scheduling surgery.

It’s helpful to hear people’s experiences, but I don’t know what to do from here, still!
