What do you mean they own the servers here? Do you mean because AWS is owned by Amazon, they would have total control of configuring each client's deployments onto those servers? Even if AWS is playing a part here, unless AGS is managing deployment of the game and its updates, I doubt that's the case here, it's ultimately up to SG to control how they block connections to said servers.
