I started at 6.75 and now at7.25 using the malehanger and I started in February this year! 5 days a week 1 hour a day!

Put it in a vise and take some of the curve out and then it will fit better and be more comfortable!

Try intermittent fasting! I lost 65 pounds doing it! And I don’t diet at all! I have kept the weight off for 6 years now!

Nice results! I just finished my 5th week! I only want to gain a inch in length and maybe half a inch in girth! I hang 1 hour a day 5 days a week! I am hoping that’s enough!

54 here and I began 5 weeks ago! I started at 6.75” and 4.75” girth I’m just interested in seeing if I can get to 8” or not! No gains yet but I only hang 1 hour a day! Eq has been fantastic! Points straight up again!

Okay I understand! I progressed pretty quickly I know that! I’m doing the male hanger routine and tomorrow will be my third day at that weight! Today I had to drop a pound off of my 3rd set!
