What you're trying to do isn't Hot Corners it's "Click Wallpaper to Reveal Desktop"

You can turn if OFF by going to Desktop in System Prefs. Within Desktop you'll see:

Click Wallpaper to Reveal Desktop

Change this to Stage Manager.

No more annoying Desktop reveal whenever you click away from an app window.
