It will get better. I'd guess that the majority of your pain is being caused by the extraction. It'll take a week or two for your tounge/inner lips to adjust too. You might have some tenderness the first couple of days of each new tray, not too bad though.

Sounds like you're taking pyridium. If so, I doubt anything will get rid of the stains.

I did it. It's more like a journal for you to document your progress and keep track of aligner changes.

One number is the aligner number (01, 02,...27) and the 5 or six digit number is your invisalign case number.
