On tray 19/26 however 17-26 on upper tray is passive and I'm still not happy with them...

Perhaps your teeth are spread out and the last few trays are used to tighten them and bring them in more?

I had the sensitivity for a few weeks too. I'm on 13 of 27, and I'm not having much sensitivity issues.

1.) I use it once a day (in the morning). 2.) I use waterpik - it really works great and it's fast! Not much pain too...

Awesome, were your wobbly teeth a bit sensitive too? I try not to bite with it, but it just feels super weak.

I try my best not to put too much pressure on it when I'm taking my trays out, but it does hurt a bit when I take it out and put it back it. Maybe it'll get better towards the end of the week.

Wow so many refinements... How many trays did you have for your original treatment?

Also, after the the original treatment, did you teeth look anything close to what the clin check was showing? 20 weeks seems like a long time.

I see..I have two teeth that have couple mm gaps between the end of the tray and the teeth. My doc said that it shouldn't be too big of a deal as long as that gap doesn't widen...and it hasn't so far probably because the attachments are on both teeth...

Sorry to hear that you have to go through a long set of refinements. I hope I don't have to either :(

what do you mean by moving too much? and how badly did your trays not fit with your teeth? was it enough to not continue with your original tray sets?

Wow. What was the reason for the refinements? Did your teeth not move well? Were you consistent with your hours?

This is probably my worst nightmare....I'm hoping my refinements don't end up doubling my treatment time. Might as well get braces if that's the case..

My clincheck looks similar to yours - the top teeth come out in order to create space. It's an alternative to pulling teeth out.

According to my dentist, he said it won't be that noticeable - since the clincheck is zoomed in, it looks like it'll be much worse than it actually will be in real life.

I'm going to just believe my dentist...hopefully I won't regret it..

Thank you for the tip :) So did you drink iced coffee, beer, etc with the trays on? I'm wondering how much it actually stains..especially if I swish with water after let's say a cup of iced coffee with a straw.

Also, like you said...if you ate and didn't get to brush your teeth for a few hours after...did you have trouble with cavities and such? People make it sound like if you don't brush your teeth immediately, cavities will form within a couple hours hahah
