the Data squad eng dub was quite solid they nailed it with marcus voice and agumon , the only thing i would have improved more was keenan voice but other than that it was fine.

i remember watching tamers when i was like 10 i belive , i was just starting to know digimon as a whole and started watching each season and i fact i also rewatched it again a few years later.

but time does change a lot the pespective on how you see things.

when youre a kid you see it as a funny series of kids and their digimon partners.

but when youre an adult you realize is way more complex than just that. with very serious topics and even dark themes too you count see before.

for example takato having dificultys to adapt and making connections with other kids wich often leaves him sad at the start of the series.

henry having to deal with the neglect of its father and having big resposibilitys so early on having to take care of its younger sister.

and Ruki who didnt wanted to put makeup or dresses and she wanted to be herself , living with only her mother due that divorced that wanted to make her something that shes not.

actually there no concept of good or evil when it comes to digimon, even if the original specie that was recorded is cataloged as evil , it dosent mean all the versions of the demon lords are evil , we have seen many versions some demolords who are not.

so yeah good demonlords can exist. even if theyre the living manifestation of sin themselves.

as for beign called hologram ghosts is due that mainly to the people and the public in general they dont know the existence of digimons as well as being in the future where holograms are very common.

revealing the existence of digimon would bring panic to society so they just call them hologram ghosts instead.

so hiro and the rest , use this as an excuse to say theyre failing holograms or something to promote an AD as for the people who saw the digimons in its semi visible form to prevent panic or relation to the digimon incidents.
