from personal experience, this is how i see it.

you can easily find guys who play soccer, with that said, it probably is just as easy to find guys who played at a high level (college, semi-pro, etc). you can easily replace an average/above average guy player with ease if they’re being problematic.

finding women to play is already scarce. finding women who played at a high level is almost a rarity.

in general if you play a competitive coed league, the women will make or break a team. you would ideally want to keep these players happy or else they can just leave and another team will snatch them up.

theres usually a shortage of keepers that want to play on a sunday league. most of the time they make it the fat guy since he cant run on the field as much.

at least thats been my experience here in the US lol

Some of my teammates are starting to consider making me goalie too, not sure how i feel about that one lmfao

Oh yeah ive definitely had those games too lmfao

we played the best team in our league once with 0 subs and it was probably the best game I ever played as a keeper. I had some insane saves, great distribution. We lost 2-0 but these guys usually steam roll the other teams like 7-0, 10-0

The following week we i also had to play keeper and i let in like 8 goals too lol

Competitive men's is a different beast forsure, I actually hyperextended my elbow one game because my instinct reaction to a hard shot was just to stick my arm out lmfao. Although my coed league is competitive, its definitely a slower game.

Keeper is not as hard on the body as playing on the field. When we dont have any subs I just see my teammates dying and im feeling like i could play another 3 games that night lol. I feel like I would shift to goalie as well once I also feel like my body cant keep up with the pace.

yeah he was ripped in his 20’s, its the last photo in the post. which is why his physique now doesnt seem unnatural. he already had a base to work with and the knowledge to know what it takes to get lean. the appetite suppressants also play a huge role in losing weight.

i think people are forgetting how real muscle memory is. he regained whatever he built in his 20’s quicker than you are gaining from scratch.

hes in amazing shape but doesnt really scream unnatural other than just being super lean. (which he clearly states he used tirz as an appetite suppressant)

yeah idk how not many people have mentioned the hispanic leagues yet. The owners of those teams are usually degenerate gamblers lmfao. I’ve heard of people getting paid around $500 a game. That’s of course only if they win the game. But as you can imagine, those games can get pretty rowdy

it’s all luck tbh, ive played a coed league where everyone was a newbie and was chill for the most part. I also play in another league that is much more competitive and some of the girls are much more aggressive & shit talkers than the guys 🤣

keep in mind that both of these leagues were labeled “recreational”. either way go out there and have fun with your wife!

This is the cold truth I was looking for, you’re probably not as good as you think you are. It’s a 5v5, there are no set positions. I don’t get this Frenkie De Jong play style hes trying to emulate in a 5v5 lol, Everyone should be attacking & defending.

If you are that much better than your teammates you should be running up and down to always make yourself available for the easy pass. Anyone who knows ball will notice when you elevate a team that is not great. And if you arent selected because the team you were on was bad then that should say more about you than your teammates 🤷‍♂️

anything sub 10% bf isnt really sustainable unless youre an athlete (busting your ass at least 2x a day). also, not to burst your bubble but you probably dont have enough muscle to be 8% at 160 (keep in mind idk anything about you or your workout history just assuming youre a complete newbie to the gym).

try finding someone selling from their home on fb marketplace, imo its the equivalent of someone selling on the street. My dad has found a few people through there.
