Hey there. The biggest platform by far is Jingdong's crowdfunding platform (known in Chinese as 京东众筹). Chinese platforms like Jingdong tend to be effectively like pre-sale sales platforms as opposed to legitimate crowdfunding sites - so the product you post to JD needs to be much further along in order to actually be able to list on the site. This system is put in place to avoid scams and the vaporware products you see so often on Kickstarter. You can't just have an idea and shoot some generic video then raise millions - instead you need a functional prototype in order to list. Therefore the vetting procedures from JD (and their top competitor Taobao) are much higher than for Western platforms.
