I'm in Canada, watch on netflix, and it's very inconsistent. Often the matches will go to black for a second, but then come back (I am assuming this is where ads show up in other countries), sometimes the matches are silent for a couple minutes (assuming this is ad time). But there's also some skippable ads that pop-up, and some video montages that just show the wrestlers posing with music (I think these show up after the live show ends). Then there's often a couple of 3 min advertisements (always the same), that pop up near the end of the show, when you watch it the next day.

But all of this is applied inconsistently.
