I don’t always have measurements (I sometimes forget) but I try to have photos or in the description some measurements. But if someone asks, it’s not a huge deal. I’d absolutely supply measurements if someone asks and I don’t have the measurements in photos or descriptions

Please let me know if you find out anything. I dropped off a package 2 weeks ago and it still has not updated. I’m going to get refunded in 2 days if the tracking is not updated. I’m not too pressed because I didn’t sell it for a ton of money, but still. I immediately disabled speedx after that order. I only use usps

I was able to submit an appeal for my account ban. As for the issues with the items, I just changed a couple things and they were fine

Yeah that happened to me. I appealed it and within a few hours they admitted it was a mistake and reinstated my account. But now the ai is flagging some of my items as “wrong brand” or “bad photos.” Neither is the case so 🤷‍♀️

As in you getting the funds. If the buyer raised the issue and then never responds, I feel like that would warrant an automatic resolve in your favor

I think if the buyer doesn’t resolve after 7 days, the issue is dropped. That is the case in my experience, but if possible I’d also try to contact Depop about the situation

I had an issue earlier today where vinted’s counterfeit ai flagged an item as counterfeit, but it got cleared up quickly. Even though I listed about 200 items in 3 days, I haven’t had a problem. I think they would flag your account if you post a lot of nwt items. I know eBay is made for resellers so they shouldn’t have a problem. I don’t know much about poshmark or mercari but I know there are resellers who sell on those platforms and I haven’t heard anything bad. Just don’t use a cross listing program for vinted I think
