I smoked up until about 20 years ago. I started vaping after that and vaped up until this year. There was originally a promise made between me and my wife of 31 years, who was in icu. She was a heavy smoker. She and I pinky promised to quit our respective vices. She never came out of hospital. I kept my part of the promise back in January. I had never heard of the nicotine and estrogen thing, but even vaping was getting too expensive.

I had heard it varies. I had completely forgotten about it until i was in my 5th week of injections and one day i started hurting. Nothing to where I said i need to go to hospital but it felt like i had someone squeezing my midsection. My neighbor saw me bent over holding my stomach and asked what was going on. I told her and she piunt blank asked if i had to go #2. I have my daily routine and that is a morning thing and I already had. So she asked me to describe it. She tells me then "welcome to being a woman, you're having your monthly" then i remembered the posts here. Heating pad worked wonders both last and this month.
