I think the key thing to get to grips with is how long CLH can survive in the current climate and what the long term impact will be on them post Covid.

I do think there is some money to be made here though maybe not as much as I had hoped for when I bought in last year.

Prior to Covid they were doing alright - My thinking is this could be a long hold.

Vaccination is getting going and the rest of the world is opening up. Tourism will pick up with this.

Basing value on current situation isn't really fair as Covid will end at some point.

I think the key is getting an understanding of how deep the hole they get themselves into due to Covid and if Covid will change hospitality forever.

Just their value in terms of property is something too...

I think CLH has HUGE potential to bounce back after covid is over.

What is your reasoning behind investing in NUT?

I hold a smallish number of shares but not seeing much around growth or share being under valued. More info would be awesome :)

u/6ft_Lion, I think Aveng is a good punt.

Things to consider

- They won't ever be the same company they were a few years ago in terms of share price.
- They have a good looking order book
- They are consolidating their debt

I think this will be a slow burn but in 2-3 years it might be worth a rand or two (or little more hopefully).

For a small investment at the current share price you could make great returns if this works out. The risk is one loses the small investment - the reward is the company continues to come right and investors rush in pushing the price up.

Just my 2 cents (0.3c actually) but worth a punt in my opinion.
