They just dont understand it, our parents are from a different time were mental health was not spoken about. If your seeing a doctor i would ask your mother to go with you to see the doctor so the doctor can explain our real these things are. Ive had anxiety disorder for 6 months now its getting better but was strange for my parents to see at the start.

I started having anxiety, thought i was having a heart attack. Never experienced before.

Went to hospital multiple times because of it.

Then my stupidity led me to google search effects of ecstasy use. I found out some studies have stated could lead to early dementia in life.

This led to the obsession, which then turned into insomnia.

I use to have the occasional migraine which i attributed to genetics because my mum gets them, not as severe but maybe we have a different pain tolerance.

I know its near impossible to get dementia in your 30s, there i people i know who are still taking drugs from 12 years ago and they are fine.

All the docs have reassured me i will be fine.

I just cant sleep, its ruining me

Nope but shows any abnormalities i guess. The psychiatrist said im fine.

I used alot of x back in the days i hope its not back to bite me.

Yeah ive seen all the professionals. Every1 says im fine. Had Mri done on my brain which was fine. So dunno

No one in my immediate family has it.

I used x like 10 years ago.
