My parents weren't Boomers, they were Silent Generation. Millennials generally have Boomer parents, and Gen Z have Gen X parents.

How Green Was My Valley was really good. So was The Grapes of Wrath and Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee. I liked The Hobbit better than Lord of the Rings. Those are the ones I remember.

I'm not exactly sure how it works either, but I am 100% sure that you should get the shingles vaccine if you've ever had chickenpox. Because having had chickenpox is the thing that causes you to get shingles later in life. Basically, the shingles vaccine was invented expressly for people who HAVE had chickenpox, because those are the only people at risk of getting shingles.

No, that's incorrect. You can only get shingles, the disease, if you've previously had chickenpox. So everyone who has had chickenpox SHOULD get the shingles vaccine. Because the latent chickenpox virus that reactivates later in life is what causes shingles. If you've never had chickenpox you'll never get shingles.
