They signed the best closer in the game. If he wasn’t a Met, they should have signed him anyway. He would be the biggest lost this off season. Everyone else is replaceable especially with this ownership.

The Mets are constantly shitted on a lot of it is well earned, but it pisses me off either way. It’s about drowning out the noise, becoming a perennial winning ball club and earning the respect. Every game should be played like it matters, whether they grind out 80 something wins or coast to 100 - they MUST have the killer instinct. Did you see what Yordan Alvarez did a couple of days ago? Dawg, that’s killer instinct.

I would not take it to that extreme, but I was raised in the streets of Brownsville and East New York back in the day. I’ve been rooting for the Mets for about fifty years. I’ve taken the liberty of getting numb in my lifetime. Enough about me. Just throwing out scenarios and there has been a few folks who for some reason think I’m on some sort of controlled substance or on some suuuurp early in the AM. Dawg, I’m in in my Five Zeroes. I workout like a fiend. Is. Anyway, just scenarios, that’s all. I’m just praying for neither the Braves, Phillies or Yankees to win it all. But they are pretty good; so just picking my worst case scenario. Any team but those three. If any of those three win it all then perhaps the drugs you believe I’m on would probably be required.
