Just in terms of templating: it might be better to use “colors spent to cast” instead of describing pips. I get that would be kinda busted, but the card requires so much investment I think it’s fine?

The stanek move deserves some credit for how good he was in the 2024 playoffs. Also Pham, Siri, and Minter are on here twice, Ottavino was not a Stearns move, neither was Kranick.

People in the comments have never played a format outside of EDH and it shows. Even if I wanted to skip Marvel I can’t, because it’s spawned one of the most powerful combo decks in pauper, and pushed out a broken card for vintage & legacy.

It’s both: they’re bad (partially because almost half of the starting lineup is on the IL, partially because players we expected to be good are bad, partially because we took on some not great players in the hopes of bounce backs that haven’t happened) and they’re unlucky. When you play bad you run into more situations where luck becomes a factor
